Hey Paulsakk, grow up and back up your pathetic comment about hating Brawn. You cringe when you hear of their success? Why on earth would you do that about a brand new team that everyone else sees as a fairytale story of rising from the ashes. If I said 'I hate Massa' I'd back it up and give reasons. Vettel irritates me with his baby faced stupid looking cheeks, and thrusting fingers into the camera when he has any success. There. reasons behind the critique. Also, he threatens Button and I want another British F1 World Champion.

It's obvious this season that the only weekness in BGP001 is the car's ability to generate enough heat on its tyres. But with the caliber of Ross Brawn's intelligence, he must have found the solution to the problem, especially with a 3 week break. This is indeed a luxury of time to develop the car further. Let's see what will happen on friday's practice session & saturday's qualy to really gauge who among them is supreme. If the Red Bulls can overwhelm them, then this season will become even more interesting! It all boils down to who among them has a flawless pitstop strategy & good tyre management based on the car's behaviour on the track irregardless of track temperature or weather conditions. Goodluck to both of them!

Ross Brawn knows the cars weaknesses. Not many bosses can say that.My guess is that they will be strong in Germany. If RB says they have improvements then I believe him because he is the best there is on the gridwall.Would be nice to see a battle at the front.Vettel vs Button and Webber vs Barricello.

I don't think anyone can cleary say that the BrawnGP and the Redbulls are closer or apart. Silverstone played into the hands of the Rebulls, the same as it did in China, in the Rain the BGP001 just couldn't get heat into the tyres. As for drawning conclusion on Silverstone i do hope like splashlog haven't gone out an put money where they're mouths are because it would take one hot race and the BGP001 would out class them in veyr much the same way. The Redbull's RB5 rear pull-rod suspension is unique, no one else has that design on the grid (well not for 20 years now) and plays charator to it's ability to put heat into the tyre as with the downforce of the rear wing. However it's does mean on hot days they start to grain their tyres before anyone else (see Monaco Race). I also beleive many are right, assuming that both cars are as good as each other on any given day or track temp, the drivers are performing equally for the win.. you really have to wonder if anyone can out class Ross Brawn.. I for one do not think thats possible.

Ross Brawn projected the development path of the BrawnGP1 to a reporter prior to the Spanish GP. That was the first race of the season where Brawn introduced a big up grade. He also predicted another major up-date for Germany. Ross Brawn's proven track record of developing a car during the season, should give Red Bull fans a pause.

I agree with max_headroom on this one...The single deciding factor when the cars are pretty even is that Ross Brawn is most likely the most intelligent man in the pits at any given Grand Prix. His strategy and the competitiveness of the cars and Jenson and Rubens should see them through to the championship. As boring as the season may seem to have been so far, it's certainly nice to see new teams and "other" drivers at the front rahther than the usual old Ferrari, McLaren, Sauber parade...

It's my opinion that even during the "Ferrari Years" sometimes all the "Muses" just came together, two good drivers, great pit work, more-than-adequate cars, BUT perfect, perfect strategies, no matter what the situation. Ross Brawn has that knack of changing things in mid-race. Many's the time over the past few seasons when neither of the Ferraris were in a very good place, then what happens, Ross steps in! Success. He did it at Benneton, Ferrari and now "Team Brawn" Yes, again at Team Brawn the cars are "more than adequate" but his think-on-the-run brain is a one off. and Yes I think that the team WILL win the championship. Which driver?..looks like Button..Not important...F1's not all about engines, cars, drivers, money and the FIA, It's about Teamwork, the team leader and the F1 muses.

Knowing Ross Brawn's competence only Ferrari could catch Brawn GP in the future maybe!

I think Red Bull have the best car now, but the cool temps in Britain flattered them - the reality the two teams are pretty close and hopefully the battle will see-saw for the rest of the season and spice things up. Hope Jenson still comes out on top though.
