'Red Bull pushing hard for fourth place'

Friday 15th August 2008

Red Bull are gearing up for a final push in this year's campaign as the team bids to finish fourth in the Constructors' Championship.

With only seven races still to be run this season, Red Bull are locked in five-way midfield battle for fourth place in the standings that is currently being led by Toyota.

Following their podium finish in the Hungarian GP, Toyota are P4 with 35 points, 11 ahead of Red Bull who are sixth.

However, with fourth place in the Constructors' Championship earning a team an estimated $20 million, Mark Webber says Red Bull are determined to take the position.

"It is significant and it would be nice to get it," the Australian told Autosport. "(Team boss) Dietrich Mateschitz is very keen on it and there's always pressure.

"We've been told what we've got to try to achieve, but I don't think he's going to sack 200 people if we finish fifth."
